CREATIVE CHALLENGE 7
Collecting objects
1. Look at this art work by Tony Cragg. The artist has collected lots of plastic pieces from rubbish and he sorted them out by colours. Do you like it?
2. Now, look at these two:
2. Look around you, at home or in the street. Choose a colour and try to find out things, objects, materials, small pieces of plastic, paper, with the same colour.
3. Put them together on a white surface. Don't put them very close or very far each other.
4. Imagine a shape or not. Just put your collection of objects in a way you like it.
Here you can see more artists that make art by collecting objects.

by Pablo Amargo and Gael Zamora.
1) Look around you and pay attention to common objects in your house.
2) Draw them in different pieces of paper, an adult can help you. Use simple lines in dark colour.
3) Pay attention to the shape of the object. Can you 'see other objects' in it? Can you imagine how to draw other things with it? Try it...
4) Don't colour your creation, it's fun if you can see the two objects at the same time....
